Started in 8th grade with bikes, buckets and squeegees

It started in 8th grade in 2022. No truck, no website, no crew — just our bikes, a bucket, some squeegees and a neighborhood full of dirty windows. We went door to door, asked people if they wanted their windows cleaned, and got to work.

We're seniors at Glendora High School now, and Pane In The Glass Team has grown into a real exterior cleaning business: window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and solar. Better equipment, bigger properties, same door-to-door work ethic that got us started.

We also hire out of Glendora High. It's hard for teens to break into the job market without experience, so we train local high schoolers on the job, work around their school schedule, and pay well for it. If that's you, we'd rather hear from you than not — you can apply for an interview in a couple of minutes.

Because we're still in school, weekday jobs and in-person quotes happen after 3:00pm (class lets out at 2:40pm). Weekends, school breaks and holidays we're available all day — and we always confirm a time with you before we show up.

We're based in Glendora and work all over the San Gabriel Valley — Azusa, San Dimas, Covina, La Verne, Claremont and the surrounding cities. Mostly residential, and we're growing into commercial and HOA properties too.

We're not a franchise and we're not a call center. When you reach out, you're talking to the people who do the work — exterior cleaning and solar, because that's what we're good at.
